A man, who was a perfect tenant, left a giant pile of beer cans throughout the house when he move out.  When the Following pictures were taken, the realty company had already moved out a lot of the cans.

The realty company also said there were tunnels dug to get from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom.  The most amazing part of this, is that there was no dust, clothes or dirty dishes anywhere in the house.
